Cozy apartment equipped with every comfort, located on the ground floor of a historic building. The house is very bright thanks to the large windows in the bedroom and living area. All windows are equipped with electric shutters. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, two in the bedroom and two in the living room on the sofa bed.

The bedroom boasts a spacious wardrobe with shelves, drawers, and a clothes rack with hangers. Last but not least, the comfortable double bed with Memory foam mattress. The living room features a spacious wooden dining table for 4 people, an extendable sofa that turns into a bed when needed, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, combi microwave oven, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, full set of dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen accessories, wine glasses, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules, tea, and chamomile.

Additionally, a high chair for newborns can be attached to the chair in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, mirror, and washer dryer. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house as well as heating and air conditioning. There are 2 smart TVs in the apartment.

You will have access to 3 metro stops to reach the historic center with the Duomo, Rho Fiera, San Siro Stadium, and any other point of interest. The proximity to Central train station makes access to and from airports easy.

Online Check-in

The apartment is fully digitized and accessible at any time via self check-in: Access to the apartment is easily reachable via digital key:

through a personal code (there is a keypad near the door) or via your smartphone (with Vikey App)

Entry into the apartment (autonomously) is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Detailed guidelines (with videos) will be provided before check-in. Guests are required to provide official documents before check-in (required by the police). This can be done in 2 minutes online via a link you will receive via email. Furthermore, personalized digital keys and access codes ensure that only you can access the apartment during your stay, offering an additional level of security and privacy.

If you are two and want to sleep in separate beds, an extra cost of €20 for additional bedding is provided. Please let us know in advance.
